Tinted Windows Lead To Shoplifting Arrest: Millburn Police
Richelly Martinez was charged with theft after a motor vehicle stop, police said.
MILLBURN, NJ - A 25-year-old Bronx, NY, woman was arrested and charged with shoplifting after a motor vehicle stop on Feb. 1, according to the Millburn Police Department.
According to authorities, Millburn Police Officer Royce stopped a 2016 BMW 3281 on JFK Parkway near the mall for having tinted windows and a suspended registration. The investigation led to the arrest of Richelly Martinez for shoplifting airpods from the Apple store valued at $318, police said.
Martinez was issued a summons and released.
