MILLBURN, NJ — The presidential race is as heated as ever, and on Nov. 3, Millburn voters can also choose from among four Millburn school board candidates for three seats, and four Millburn Town Committee candidates for two seats. But you can always vote for this dog. Seamus is running for president rather than a local role. "A candidate we can all agree with," says owner Jamie Ryan of Short Hills.
He's running as an Independent, and is eight years old — but that's 56 in dog years, so he's older than the 35-year requirement to run for president.
