Unclear Plate Leads To Warrant Arrest: Millburn Police
Lorin Brown was stopped on Hobart Gap Road on Jan. 6 for plate obstruction, police said.

MILLBURN, NJ A 58-year-old Newark man was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Jan. 6, according to the Millburn Police Department.
According to officials, Millburn Police Officer Royce stopped a 1997 Nissan Quest on Route 124/Hobart Gap Road for a plate obstruction. The investigation led to the arrest of Lorin Brown on an outstanding warrant out of the Union County Sheriff's Department, police said.
Brown was placed under arrest and turned over to the Union County Sheriff's Department.
