Wallet Stolen, Fraudulent Charges At Short Hills Mall: Police
The woman had the wallet taken from Primo Mercato, police said.
MILLBURN, NJ - A stolen wallet was used to make fraudulent purchases at the Mall at Short Hills on Sept. 14, according to the Millburn Police Department.
According to authorities, Millburn Police Officer Goldfarb took a report where the victim reported she was dining at Primo Mercato at The Mall at Short Hills on Sept. 14 at approximately 6:15 p.m. when someone took her wallet from her purse.
The woman said several fraudulent purchases were then made at the mall. The wallet contained $200 cash, credit cards, and identification, police said. The incident is under investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau.
