WATCH: Anne Hathaway Performs The Paper Mill Playhouse Song
Oscar winner and Millburn High graduate Anne Hathaway recreated a show-stopping moment from her NJ childhood. Complete with kickline.

MILLBURN, NJ - She may have an Academy Award and numerous screen credits to her name but Millburn-raised Anne Hathaway has not forgotten her roots. In an appearance on "Jimmy Kimmel LIVE" Monday, Hathaway not only discussed her New Jersey theater history, but performed The Papermill Playhouse Song complete with kickline.
Hathaway told Kimmel her mother was an actress and she grew up backstage hanging around theaters.
"So I always just thought it was what people did," she said.

After expressing interest in performing herself, Hathaway said her parents sent her to The Paper Mill Playhouse where they primarily did adaptations of Disney shows and ended the performances with the Paper Mill Playhouse Song.

Hathaway was also earned a nomination for Paper Mill's Rising Star Award in 1998 for starring in Millburn High School's "Once Upon a Mattress."
