Woman Charged With Stealing From Sephora: Millburn Police
A Joyce Pei concealed five items under her coat and left without payment, police said.
MILLBURN, NJ - A 60-year-old Millington woman was charged with shoplifting from Sephora after an incident with police on April, according to authorities.
According to officials, Millburn Police Officer Kostovski responded to the Sephora store at The Mall at Short Hills on a theft report where Sephora personnel reported Joyce Pei of Millington concealed five items in her coat valued at $226.05 and left the store without making payment.
Pei was placed under arrest and charged with shoplifting before being released on a summons, police said.
