MILLBURN, NJ — The Millburn/Short Hills Chinese Association and the Millburn Institute of Talent are inviting the public to help celebrate the Lunar New Year, Year of the Tiger, at a festival in March with food, performances, a Chinese calligraphy demonstration, children's games, and more.

"Try traditional Asian and diverse cultural dishes," said an organizer. "Immerse yourself into different cultures and explore a new world. Bring your family downtown and celebrate the Lunar New Year with us at a participating venue."

The 2022 Millburn Lunar New Year Festival will take place Saturday, March 5 from 12-3 p.m., with a rain date the following Saturday, March 12.

"The festival is essentially a street fair that brings the celebration of Lunar New Year (celebrated by Chinese Americans and other East Asian cultures) to Millburn residents as well as the nearby communities," said an organizer.
