Yo! Sushi Opens 2nd NJ Store At Short Hills Mall

Yo! Sushi – the national chain with 87 locations worldwide – has opened its second New Jersey restaurant at The Mall at Short Hills.

According to a release, the restaurant opened its Short Hills location on Oct. 28, and plans to open locations in Tampa, Florida, and Woodbury Commons, New York, before the end of the year.

“The Mall at Short Hills is the perfect destination for our next New Jersey restaurant,” Alison Vickers, Business and International Development Director, stated in a release. “The clientele is health-conscious, time-pressed and in search of a great quality dining destination.

“I am also personally excited to return to The Mall at Short Hills because at the beginning of my career in the restaurant business, I actually worked at the Joe’s American Bar & Grill located right across from our new location,” Vickers said. “If you had told me back then that I would return to this mall twenty years later, I never would have believed it.”

The Short Hills location includes light wood counters and 80 counter seats for guests, a release stated.
