3 Montclair Businesses Burglarized In 5 Days: Police

Three Montclair businesses reported robberies in the span of five days, including locations on Orange Road and Church Street, police say.

MONTCLAIR, NJ — Montclair police say that three local businesses recently reported burglaries within a five-day period, including locations on Orange Road and Church Street.

According to the Montclair Police Department, the following incidents were reported in the township:

  • 9-29-2016 (Ferrara Auto Body, Orange Road) - Burglary to a business. Access was gained by damaging a door. Cash was taken in this incident.
  • 10-2-2016 (Beyond Pita, Church Street) - Burglary to a business. Cash was taken in this incident. Detectives are investigating to determine the method of entry to the establishment.
  • 10-3-2016 (B London, Orange Road) - Burglary to a commercial establishment. A cash register was taken, containing an unknown amount of cash.
