‘The Big Pride Run’ Returns To Montclair For 2023

MONTCLAIR, NJ — Fleet Feet Montclair will host its 5th annual “The Big Pride Run” on Wednesday, June 7 to celebrate Global Running Day and Pride Month.

According to a news release, Fleet Feet Montclair will be partnering with Out Montclair, the Montclair Brewery, Brooks shoes and other local vendor sponsors. All proceeds will be raised for Out Montclair.

A 6:30 p.m. start time is scheduled at the brewery. Learn more or register online here.

Organizers said:

“We’re kicking off the first week of National Pride Month and Global Running Day with a three-mile fun run/walk/roll. Families, strollers, runners and walkers are all welcome to celebrate love, being proud of living openly and authentically and the ongoing movement toward equality, diversity, and inclusiveness. Post run, the first round of beer is FREE, thanks to Brooks. The block party will continue with DJ The Other Members, dancing, pop-up shops, local vendor sponsors, snacks and more. Proceeds of the event will be donated to OUT Montclair, a local organization dedicated to fostering community and providing support and solidarity for the LGBTQIA+ population of Montclair, NJ.”
