MONTCLAIR, NJ — Advocates recently gathered at Montclair Town Hall to raise awareness about drug overdoses and substance abuse.

March 6 is known as "Black Balloon Day", a national day of awareness that is used to remember those who have lost their lives to overdose, support families who have been impacted by substance use disorder, and to raise awareness for harm prevention.
