Burglaries Reported In Montclair: Police
Burglaries were reported on Lincoln and Wheeler streets, and an attempted burglary on Cooper Avenue, Montclair police say.

Montclair, NJ – Two burglaries and an attempted burglary were reported in Montclair last week, police say.
The only incident to involve an arrest took place on Friday at a Wheeler Street home, according to police.
In that incident, Shaun Brown, 24, of Montclair, was arrested and charged with burglary and theft of moveable property after he allegedly entered the home and stole personal electronics, police stated.

An attempted burglary was reported at a Cooper Avenue home the same day. In that incident, a first floor window screen was pried open but access was not gained to the home, police said.
A burglary of a bicycle reportedly took place at a Lincoln Street detached garage on Feb. 10. In that incident, access was gained by breaking a side door to the structure, police said.
