Learn how to make Dibs with Tahini — a traditional sweet treat made with rich molasses blended with creamy tahini.
For the savory dish, we’ll prepare Baba Ghanouj — fire-roasted eggplant mixed with garlic, tahini, lemon, and flavorful seasonings.
During the class, we’ll also discuss the health benefits of the ingredients, traditional and modern variations of each recipe. We will discuss tips and techniques for authentic flavor while the class enjoys sampling both dishes at the end of class. Two dishes, two delights!
