Join us and cool off this summer with healthy, refreshing plant based beverages.  You will learn the benefits of growing your own fruits and vegetables at home and how to create all natural plant based beverages.  These summer beverages are quick and easy to make and require few ingredients.  Participants will have the opportunity to taste three different beverages and will leave the class with a copy of the recipes.
