Join Yoga Mechanics and Montclair Brewery for an all-levels outdoor yoga class where movement, community, and good company come together.

We'll spend an hour moving, breathing, and exploring accessible alignment to help you feel stronger, more mobile, and more connected. Whether it is your very first yoga class or you have been practicing for years, you are welcome here.
