Deepak Chopra To Hold Guided Meditation Session In Montclair

MONTCLAIR, NJ — Famed author and alternative medicine advocate Deepak Chopra is coming to Montclair to hold a guided meditation session.

Chopra will be appearing at an event from noon to 4 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 20 at Loopwell, an event space that opened in Montclair earlier this year at 80 Maple Avenue.

Tickets are $300 for members and $500 for non-members. Space is limited; learn more or purchase tickets here.

Here’s what to expect at the event, organizers said:

“Loopwell is excited to announce a rare opportunity to engage with the world-renowned wellness luminary, Deepak Chopra. This extremely intimate event will create a space for personal growth and community through a sangha—a sacred gathering of like-minded individuals committed to spiritual learning and support. This event also marks Chopra’s first appearance in Montclair, a town deeply connected to his early journey in integrative medicine. It’s a unique opportunity to engage with Deepak in a personal, highly curated setting that bridges his New Jersey roots with his global influence in wellness and personal transformation.”

Organizers said the event will include:

• Ayurvedic Lunch – A specially curated menu aligning with Chopra’s mind-body wellness philosophy.
• Signed Books – Attendees will receive a signed copy of Deepak Chopra latest book, Digital Dharma, which explores the intersection of quantum science and well-being.
• Guided Meditation – A transformative session led by Deepak Chopra, designed to center and connect.
• Sound Bowls & Breath Experience – Immerse in sound healing and breathing technique sessions to enhance relaxation and mindfulness, led by Eddie Stern & Kanan Kapila
