Design Studio Opens In Montclair Featuring Couture and Vintage Clothing

Just opened! Atelier 516 (artist's workshop) is a new design studio in downtown Montclair that features couture clothing, recycled and up cycled vintage clothing, international emerging designers, jewelry, mid century design furniture and accoutrements. Discounts are offered to all stylists and decorators.

Atelier 516 opened its doors at 516 Bloomfield Avenue on April 5. Check it out Wednesdays through Saturdays or via the website here.

According to the owners, the store offers "simply the best designed merchandise and home to Born Again Vintage, Boyfriend Clothing Company, Jayne with a Y, Scarlett Charlett handcrafted clothing from England, Barrio Santo from Spain, Geary Marcello Couture, Clarence Black as well as Prada, Gucci, Ungaro, Escada, Dior, etc. Our Pret a Porter is from the best samples, stylists, and creators around."

They add that there is, quite simply, no other place like it. The shop offers the first look at designer's collections, jewelry shows and exhibits, workshops, styling and more.
