About Lifecycle Swimming
Lifecycle Swimming specializes in customized private and semi-private swim lessons that help students achieve their swim goals quickly. We also offer water safety education workshops. We serve clients in Montclair, Bloomfield, Glen Ridge, Verona, Cedar Grove Caldwell and Clifton. We teach at an outdoor pool in Central Montclair during the summer. We also make house calls to private homes or group communities with pools. Our mission is to create a community that's safe and confident in the water. Whether a student's goals include basic water competency, swimming a mile, playing with kids, competition, water aerobics, overcoming fear, or simply floating, Lifecycle Swimming will develop a customized swim program to reach those goals. We also advocate for quality, accessible lessons for people of any age, level or ability. Our motto is: Be safe. Have fun. Stay fit.
