Driver Allegedly Masturbated In Front Of Montclair Teen: Police

MONTCLAIR, NJ — A man in a car allegedly pulled alongside a Montclair teen and masturbated in front of her last weekend, authorities said.

According to the Montclair Police Department, the victim – a 16-year-old juvenile female – told officers that she was walking on the sidewalk of Hawthorne Place on Saturday when she saw a man in a dark-colored, four-door sedan beep at her.

The man then allegedly pulled alongside the teen, exposed his genitals and masturbated, police said.

Police said the victim described the driver as a heavyset white male with a bald head and a thick, black beard. No additional information was immediately available.
