“For 40 years Robert Durst, the multi-millionaire son of the New York real estate Durst family dynasty, eluded investigators for three separate murders in three different states - all connected by a single thread. His wife went missing, his best friend was shot in the back of the head, and his grouchy neighbor ended up in pieces in Galveston Bay. He was finally brought to justice after he made the fateful decision in 2010 to talk to Bagli and the filmmakers of HBO's The Jinx: The Life and Deaths of Robert Durst. It took another 11 years to finally get justice, when one of the best cold-case prosecutors in the country brought him to trial in Los Angeles and connected the dots. With Season 2 of The Jinx coming soon, join us to get an inside take on this fascinating story from the reporter who has covered it all from beginning to end… and on.”

The public is welcome at the event; parking is in back. The program is free for members and $10 for non-members. Register online here.
