Montclair Woman, 41, Found Stabbed To Death In Apartment: Police
A fatal stabbing claimed the life of a woman on Greenwood Avenue in Montclair. No arrests have been made, authorities said.
MONTCLAIR, NJ — A 41-year-old woman was found stabbed to death in her Montclair home on Monday. A police investigation continues, authorities said.
Montclair police discovered Tameeka Johnson, 41, with fatal stab wounds in her Greenwood Avenue apartment. She was pronounced dead at the scene at 10:35 a.m., according to a joint statement from Essex County Prosecutor Theodore Stephens and Montclair Police Chief Todd Conforti.
No arrests have been made as of Tuesday. No additional information was immediately available, authorities said.
