Montclair Will Close Street For Pedestrian Friendly Events This Weekend
Activities include a film screening, a historic walking tour, an art station, and a "Weenie Meetup and Parade" for Dachshund owners.
MONTCLAIR, NJ — A weekend of activities will be taking place on Church Street in Montclair – and they’re all “pedestrian-friendly.”
As part of Montclair’s ongoing Church Street pedestrianization initiative, the area will be closed to cars again from Friday, Aug. 21 to Sunday, Aug. 23.
The closure will create a pedestrian-friendly space for the community to walk, gather, dine, shop and enjoy downtown Montclair, the township said.
