This just in! On Wednesday, April 25, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Montclair's beloved gastromechanic, will be at Little Daisy Bake Shop to answer questions about his famous bread—and to offer tastings.

According to food writer Melody Kettle, "Lou Loaves are among the most divine in the universe. These rustic loaves are made with dough that undergoes a slow, 24-hour cold ferment. They have a subtle tang, texture, and flavor beyond all others."

Little Daisy usually sells Palma's bread on weekends for $5/baguette and $6/round.
