Grizzly Bear To Rock Out Montclair's Wellmont Theater

Montclair, NJ -- Brooklyn-based rock band, Grizzly Bear, will bring its U.S. tour to Montclair’s historic Wellmont Theater on Friday, June 15th, 2018.

Employing traditional and electronic instruments, the band’s sound been categorized as psychedelic pop, folk rock, and experimental, and is dominated by the use of vocal harmonies. The band consists of Edward Droste (vocals, guitar, keyboards, omnichord), Daniel Rossen (vocals, guitar, banjo, keyboards), Chris Taylor (bass, backing vocals, various instruments, producer), and Christopher Bear (drums, backing vocals). Since forming in 2002, the band has released five studio albums to rave reviews.

The band released a statement about its upcoming shows saying, "We are so thrilled to get back on the road and play again as well as share more music! Thank you all for your support!"
