Missing Essex County Teen Found

A Nutley teen reported missing on Friday has been located, reported police.

Eva Simon, 15, was found with the help of the Manchester Police Department, reported The Jersey Tomato Press on Sunday.

Details regarding Simon’s recovery were not yet available, Nutley police stated.

According to a previous police alert, she had been staying with family in Cuba for the past year, and when she returned home on June 12, she was depressed and immediately left her home.

The original release stated that Simon had associated with gang members in Newark last year; police suspected that she may have returned to the North Newark area.
