Montclair Center Summer Sidewalk Stroll Set for Saturday

Bloomfield Avenue and side streets in Montclair will be even more happening than usual this Saturday.

The Montclair Center Business Improvement District (BID) is hosting a Summer Sidewalk Stroll on June 22, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

There will be an assortment of sales and live entertainment, as well as classic cars parked along Church and South Park streets. 

Scheduled "Stroll Stoppers" include:

• Live performances at the Montclair Center Stage on the corner of South Park Street & Bloomfield Avenue, from noon to 5 p.m.
• Antique and classic cars on Church and South Park streets, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• A Fashion Photo Shoot at Hip Chic, 533 Bloomfield Ave., throughout the day.
• Hair @ Alicia's presents the kids of School of Rock Montclair, 573 Bloomfield Ave., throughout the day
• Live Painting by Diane Israel at Essex Fine Arts Gallery, 13 South Fullerton Ave., throughout the day.
• GLAM's Bring Your Pet to Shop Day: Glenridge Avenue will have all themed pet items and special sales. Also all pets will be welcome in the stores, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Bud for You will have a Classical Pianist in front of their store at 4 Midland Ave.
