“This event offers an unusual opportunity to support families suffering on both sides of the conflict in Israel and Gaza, some of whom have close connections with religious and ethnic communities here in New Jersey. Organizers hope that bringing people together over great food and music to raise funds for these two causes highlights the possibility of an alternative future based on the shared interests of everyday people in peace and security.”

The event is being hosted by Bnai Keshet, Shomrei Emunah, Temple Ner Tamid and Bnai Abraham, along with Union Congregational Church, Bethany Baptist, First Congregational Church, Union Baptist and First Lutheran Church.
