MONTCLAIR, NJ — Legal marijuana isn’t anything new to Montclair. After all, the town has had a medical marijuana dispensary located in its borders for years.
But recreational weed? That’s a different story.
Along with several other elected officials, Montclair 4th Ward Councilwoman Renee Baskerville hosted a Feb. 26 town hall discussion on the possible effects of legalizing recreational marijuana, including ramifications for the economy, education, crime, health, the judicial system and the workforce.
