Kathy Hinton Joins The Montclair Inn's Board of Trustees

MONTCLAIR, NJ — The Montclair Inn is pleased to announce the appointment of Kathy Hinton to its Board of Trustees.
The Board of Trustees of the Montclair Inn welcomes Kathy Hinton, a dedicated advocate for senior wellness and caregiver support. Kathy serves as an Ambassador for the Parkinson’s Foundation and as an Awareness Champion and Committee Member for the Walk to End ALZ. Her passion for these causes stems from personal connections to both diseases, fueling her mission to elevate awareness, education, and community support.
“The Montclair Inn’s board continues to grow in both strength and heart,” said Board President Pamela Posnock. “Kathy’s compassion, advocacy, and deep commitment to seniors make her an invaluable addition to our leadership.”

Kathy is also a seasoned hospice care advocate, bringing more than nine years of experience helping seniors and their families understand and access the Medicare hospice benefit. She currently serves with Gentiva Hospice, where she provides compassionate education, guidance, and support to individuals navigating end-of-life care.
Kathy’s commitment to honoring and uplifting seniors was beautifully reflected in a recent ceremony she organized at The Montclair Inn, where she presented resident Veterans with a special plaque and pin recognizing their service to our country. The evening brought together residents, staff, and several family members for a heartfelt celebration of gratitude and community.
