Montclair Man Arrested For Kicking Cop Car, Fighting: Police
The arrest took place after Montclair police officers allegedly saw the man involved in a street fight, authorities said.

Montclair, NJ – Police arrested a Montclair man for on disorderly conduct charges after he allegedly kicked a marked police vehicle last week, authorities said.
According to the Montclair Police Department, officers arrested Justin Davis, 20, of Montclair, after he allegedly “engaged in tumultuous and violent behavior” and kicked a marked police vehicle on Mission Street on June 19.
Davis also allegedly resisted arrest by threatening and attempting to use physical force against officers, as well as flailing his arms in an attempt to prevent himself from being handcuffed, police stated.

- Jan. 29, 2015 - Justin Davis, 19, of Montclair, was arrested on an open warrant out of South Orange for $500.
- June 26, 2015 - Justin Davis, 19, of Montclair, was arrested and charged with simple assault and resisting arrest following a large altercation on Elmwood Avenue.
