Montclair Man Charged With Burglarizing Wellmont, Pharmacie Bar

MONTCLAIR, NJ — Montclair police have arrested a local man who allegedly burglarized the Wellmont Theater and the nearby Pharmacie Bar last month, authorities said.

According to the Montclair Police Department, officers arrested Marcelo Dasilva, 40, of Montclair, on March 21 and charged him with burglary, criminal mischief and theft in connection with a burglary that took place at Pharmacie Bar at the corner of Seymour Street and Bloomfield Avenue.

Montclair authorities also charged Dasilva with burglary and criminal mischief in connection with a separate burglary at the Wellmont Theater.
