Montclair Police Blotter: Feb. 11 to 15

All of the following incidents are accusations, and all suspects should be presumed innocent until proven guilty.

2-11-2016 (Valley Road) - Theft from an unlocked vehicle. A GPS unit and personal documents were taken.

2-11-2016 (NYSC, S. Park Street) - Theft of a wallet from an unlocked gym locker.

2-12-2016 (Greenwood Avenue) - Vimar Moore, 27yoa from Montclair, was arrested on open warrants out of Montclair ($2,500)

2-12-2016 (Orange Road) - Two male suspects allegedly attempted to pass a fraudulent $100 bill at a food establishment. The two suspects then fled in a green SUV. The first suspect was described as a black male about 20 to 24yoa, approximately 6’0 in height, 180lbs, with a goatee beard and wearing a red hooded sweater. The second suspect was described as a black male, 20 to 24yoa, 5’8-5’10 in height with a stocky build, and wearing a black jacket with a hooded sweater zipped all the way up covering the majority of his face.

2-13-2016 (Walnut Parkway) - Vandalism to a motor vehicle. The vehicle, a Subaru, was parked in the street when its side window was smashed.

2-13-2016 (YMCA, Park Street) - Theft of a cell phone. The phone had been left on a bench in the locker room.

2-15-2016 (Lackawanna Plaza) - Theft of keys from a snow removal vehicle.
