MONTCLAIR, NJ — The Montclair Police Department is reaching out to the local LGBTQ community with a dedicated liaison.
According to the Montclair Police Department, the position is part of the agency’s commitment to fostering positive relationships between its employees and the LGBTQ community.
Officer Glenda Rivera is currently designated as the MPD liaison. Rivera can be contacted via email at grivera@montclairnjusa.org or by contacting Lieutenant Tyrone Williams, commander of the Community Service Unit, who also serves on the town’s Civil Rights Commission, at 973-509-4729.
