Montclair Seeks Members For Rent Control Board

MONTCLAIR, NJ — The Township of Montclair Rent Control Board needs to fill two vacancies: a tenant member, and an alternate landlord member, officials announced Thursday.

The responsibilities of the board are provided in the Rent Regulation section of the Township code, § 257-4: Rent Control Board.

People who are interested in serving on the township Rent Control Board can complete the Volunteer Interest Form. It can be emailed to VIF@montclairnjusa.org, or mailed to: Office of the Municipal Clerk, Montclair Municipal Building, 205 Claremont Avenue, Montclair, NJ 07042.
