Montclair Teacher Crosses Country On Electric Motorcycle
WATCH: See what Ben Rich of Montclair does to get prepped for a 5,000 mile road trip on his electric motorcycle.

Crossing the country on a motorcycle can be a daunting adventure.
But doing so aboard an electric motorcycle? That’s something else altogether.
For the past few years, Ben Rich, a teacher at Montclair Kimberley Academy (MKA) and a township resident, has been taking cross country trips using nothing but electricity. The science teacher – an avid environmentalist and advocate of electric transport – has visited destinations such as South Carolina, California, Florida, Mexico and Canada on his motorcycle… all without a drop of gasoline.
