Montclair Top Cops Sworn In
Acting Chief of Police Todd Conforti and Deputy Chiefs Tracy Frazzano and Wilhelm Young were officially sworn into their permanent roles.

Montclair, NJ – Montclair officially swore its acting chief of police and deputy chiefs to permanent positions during a ceremony at the Municipal Council Chambers on Wednesday.
According to a township news release, Chief of Police Todd Conforti and Deputy Chiefs Tracy Frazzano and Wilhelm Young were appointed to acting Chief and Deputy Chief positions on March 1.
A formal swearing-in evening ceremony will be held later this month, town officials stated.
