Montclair resident Henry McCann is continuing to be a force to be reckoned with in the Bianchi Division as he leads Montclair Kimberley Academy in scoring with 18 goals and 4 assists through the first seven games this season for the 4-3 Cougar laxmen.
McCann, a powerful senior attackman, scored 4 goals and had 2 assists in a big 11-7 victory over Essex County rival Livingston on Wednesday, April 23. In another key triumph vs. an in-county rival, MKA defeated Millburn, 10-8, April 11, as McCann scored three goals.
"Henry is a terrific attackman with excellent stick skills and great athletic ability," said MKA Coach Dave Giarrusso. "He is very difficult to contend with for any opposing defense and he continues to lead us in scoring."
