New Summer Book Club Launching In Montclair: ‘Queer Reads For Teens’
The club will meet once a month, beginning in June. The theme? Young adult books with LGBTQIA+ characters and stories.
MONTCLAIR, NJ — A new book club for youth is launching in Montclair: “Queer Reads For Teens.”
Out Montclair and the Montclair Public Library are presenting the club, which is open to people ages 12 to 18. It will take place once a month, and will feature young adult books with LGBTQIA+ characters and stories.
The first meeting is scheduled for 4:30 p.m. on Friday, June 14. Organizers suggested that people follow the Out Montclair and Montclair Public Library social media pages for more information and updates.
