Ramen House Plans Expansion Into Hudson County
The owners of Ani Ramen House announced that they are planning to open a second location in Hudson County.

JERSEY CITY, NJ — Sometimes noodling around pays dividends.
The owners of Ani Ramen House recently announced that they are planning to open a second location in Hudson County, an expansion that will be helmed by the same management team that staffs their well-received Montclair location.
According to a company news release, the new, 110-seat location will be opening “in the heart of downtown Jersey City’s restaurant row” at a 2,000 square-foot space at 218 Newark Avenue in September. It will feature the restaurant’s signature Japanese ramen noodle soups and other dishes such as pork buns, crispy gyoza and yakitori. In addition, the new location will also feature a full bar with craft cocktails and sake and an outdoor courtyard, as well as mural artwork by artist Rich Tu.

The new location will even have a dose of Montclair; the owners plan to paper its windows with quotes from the Montclair customer guest book.
