Montclair, NJ – Rock band, Seether will bring their “Poison the Parish” tour to Montclair’s historic Wellmont Theater on Thursday, September 20, 2018.
The innovative South African trio gained mainstream recognition and success in the early 2000s, coming onto the scene with a sound influenced by American grunge bands like Nirvana and Alice in Chains. Hits like “Fine Again” and “Broken” have made Seether a common thread in rock lovers’ libraries around the world.
Known for their larger-than-life performances, the innovative South African trio says fans can expect a transformative experience at the Wellmont Theater. Crowds should be ready to ride through a series of ferocious and purposeful numbers, including old favorites and fresh hits from Seether’s latest album.

“We want to bring back musicality, playing loud, and the importance of having something to say that you can stand behind,” says Seether frontman and co-founder Shaun Morgan. “It’s about honesty in your music.” The trio band is made up of Morgan, bassist Dale Stewart and drummer John Humphrey.
