Stolen In Montclair: Bible, Saw, Hairbrush, iPad, Bikes
See what items Montclair residents reported stolen last week.

MONTCLAIR, NJ — Montclair residents reported several theft-related incidents throughout the township last week, authorities say.
According to the Montclair Police Department, the following incidents were recently reported in the township:
- Oct. 18 - (Grenada Place) - Theft from a motor vehicle. A Macbook computer and iPad were taken.
- Oct. 18 - (Bloomfield Avenue) - Theft from a rear garden shed. A bicycle and saw were taken.
- Oct. 18 - (Union Street) - Theft of a bicycle which had been left chained to a light pole.
- Oct. 18 - (N. Willow Street) - Theft of a bicycle from the rear of an apartment building.
- Oct. 19 - (Rand Park) - Theft of a bicycle from the park area.
- Oct. 20 - (Starbucks, South Park Street) - Theft of an unattended cellular telephone.
- Oct. 20 - (Midland Avenue) - Theft of a bicycle from the front lawn of a residence.
- Oct. 20 - (Orange Road) - Theft from a motor vehicle. Cash, a bible and a hairbrush were taken.
- Oct. 21 - (Braemore Road) - Burglary to a residence through a rear door. A purse was stolen in this incident.
- Oct. 22 - (Orange Road) Attempted theft from a motor vehicle. A door was damaged but entry was not gained to the vehicle.
