WATCH: Montclair Police Department Promotes 9 Officers

Montclair, NJ - Nine Montclair police officers were promoted to higher ranks on Wednesday during a swearing in ceremony at the Township Council Chambers.

Acting Captain Tracy Frazzano and Lieutenants Stephen J. Graybush and Emil Dul were promoted to the rank of captain.

Acting Lieutenant Thomas D. Flynn and Seargeants Stephanie I. Egnezzo and William M. Kagan were promoted to the rank of lieutenant.

Acting Sergeant Christopher Locklear, Officer Dean M. Berardi and Detective Terence S. Turner were promoted to the rank of sergeant.
