Coccia Realty Grand Opening

Coccia Realty, Inc. will be celebrating the Grand Opening of their newest branch office in the Towaco section of Montville this Thursday May 31st from 4-8pm.

Coccia Realty merged with locally owned Farmbrook Realty last September. Since then their offices have undergone extensive renovations to modernize the space and bring it more in keeping with the Coccia model of a boutique-style real estate agency.

The office was built with today’s real estate market climate in mind. It promotes a relaxed yet professional atmosphere with a coffee house feel, We incorporated interactive conference rooms and agent space with hardwired and wireless internet for maximum efficiency.

"We actually continued to work throughout the renovations" comments managing broker James Curotto. "Our office administrator, Brittnee, is a real champ. She was here almost every day during the renovations handling paperwork and the technological side things, which allowed our agents to work from home during the bulk of the renovations. Needless to say, we are very happy to have our office back and are looking forward to welcoming the public at the grand opening celebration."

The celebration starts this Thursday at 4 PM and will last until at least 8 PM. There will be live music, food and drinks and a ribbon cutting ceremony at 4:30. Everyone is welcome.
