Boys Basketball Falls to High Point

Ice hockey falls to 6-8-1.

Adam Walton and John Mutch combined for 35 points to help the High Point boys basketball overcome a seven-point halftime deficit to stop Montville, 51-46, on Wednesday in Montville.

High Point battled back in the second half, outscoring Montville 35-23 in the final two quarters to seal the comeback win and improve to 3-6 this season.

Nate Buckler went for 13 points and Marc Przetak finished with 12 points for Montville, who fell to 5-4 on the season with the loss.

Girls Fall to High Point

Katie O'Reilly and Carly DeNigris finished with 22 points as the Montville girls basketball team fell to High Point, 53-34, on Wednesday, according to NJ.com.

Amber Reiley scored a game high 18 points for High Point, who improved to 10-0 with the win.  

Montville Ice Hockey Falls

Zach Mourad scored twice to lead the Morristown hockey team past Montville, 4-0, according to NJ.com.

Kurt Bambach stopped 38 shots for Montville (6-8-1).
