Do or Do Not. No More Trying!
Are you done trying to succeed? Are you really ready to take the next step and lose the weight? Achieve your goals? Then read this to get yourself really ready to make the next move.
No more trying! DO it!
OK, you've tried to stay on track, you've tried to lose the weight. You've tried and tried and tried. Well, as Yoda from "Star Wars" would say, "Do or do not. There is no try".
That's right. So you haven't been able to get to where you want. By saying you are
"trying," you have given yourself permission NOT to achieve what you want.
Did you write down your goal? Have you cut out pictures of what it is you want? If you have ever stepped into my office, on my desk is my vision board. It is there so I am reminded of what I want, when I expect to have it, and what it is going to look like.
Remember there are three ways to learn: visual, audio or active–you see, you hear or you do.
There are no more "trys," "can'ts," "won'ts," "coulds," "woulds" or "shoulds"! These words allow you to fail and you are not a failure. You wouldn't be reading this if you were. You would be in a corner having a pity party. Well, any pity party is over.
It is time to kick some butt–yours! Decide where you are going. Write it down. Decide how you are going to get there–write your plan down. Then see yourself getting it–see the date, the year, see the people around you, all happy–and then feel it, own it, let it become a part of you.
You can do it, you will do it, you want your goal, you deserve it, you desire it ... you are definitely worth it! And now you believe in yourself again.
