Outsourcing Montville's Dispatching to Morris County - Quality of Service and Cost Savings Questions

Last month, the Township Committee received a report containing an analysis of the potential savings from a move to the Morris County Dispatching/Communications system. The discussions are ongoing, as there are unresolved operational issues related to the migration.  In addition, the potential financial benefit to the Montville taxpayer needs to be verified.
