Yard waste after Sandy

Hello,

I am inquiring to see if anyone has heard if the town is making any exceptions to the usual yard waste pick up rules due to Sandy.  Obviously many of us have many more branches, tree parts that have fallen that do not fall in the regular code (ie: 4 inches in diameter, tied up by string, or fit in a bag).

It would be helpful for the town to provide residents to have all yard waste picked up regardless the size.
