Our fabulous guest chef, Johnny McLaughlin, from Heartbreaking Dawns Hot Sauces, will be cooking up locally raised Angus Hanger Steak to accompany his incredible sauces. We are excited to collaborate with Scoop House Ice Cream (813 Main Street, Boonton, NJ), as they will be handing out their ice cream samples to satisfy your sweet tooth! We will also be sampling many Game dishes including Alligator, Pheasant and Duck.
