Our speaker is Barbara White of Transformation Coaching and Consulting, LLC. She spends much of her time working with women like us in both large and small businesses. She draws on more than 35 years of professional experience in multiple disciples and industries, and has specific expertise in individual and team coaching, and leadership development. But the heart of what she does is coaching individuals to help them integrate the best of their business and professional selves to bring about the balance, clarity, and focus to help them achieve their goals.

“I have never met a “shrinking violet” who started or took over a business. Although few of us are without doubts, our initial confidence, vision and enthusiasm get us out there, ready to take on the world or at least a corner of it!
“We focus so hard on taking the right steps and presenting the best face we sometimes lose a little of what got us out there in the first place, especially when we encounter obstacles and disappointments.
As we look for answers to keep us moving forward we often forget we are the most important tool in our business success toolkits. Learning to bring your whole self to the game can be a major key to building business confidence. And that’s what we’ll talk about on October 4th.”
