Temple Beth Am Parsippany NJ Lecture Series on Reform Judaism in America

Temple Beth Am in Parsippany, NJ presents a lecture series celebrating the 200th anniversary of Reform Judaism.  Rabbi Ronald Kaplan and Cantor Inna Serebro-Litvak and explore the historical and contemporary Reform Judaism in America.

Rabbi Kaplan will present a five part lecture series beginning on Thursday October 14th from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM.  The second lecture in the series will be on Thursday Oct 21 with a day trip to Temple Beth Emeth in Albany, NY where Rabbi Isaac Mayer Wise will discuss the history of early Reform Judaism in America.  The third and fourth lectures in the series will be on Thursday October 28th and Thursday, November 18th from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM.  The lecture series will conclude on Thursday December 2nd with a planned overnight trip to HUC/JIR & Plum Street Temple in Cincinnati, Ohio.
